Våra Hey Sailor-strumpor görs i Turkiet av lokalt odlad, ekologisk kammad bomull vilket gör dem slitstarka samtidigt som de sitter bra och är sköna på foten.
Vi har valt ett nålantal på 168 för våra Dress-strumpor (jämfört med 158 i Casual-strumpor). Detta ger en tightare strumpa med mer elegant passform, som ändå tål att gå till jobbet varje dag utan att slitas ut.
Tåsömmen är "maskinlänkad" vilket betyder att sömmen inte känns när strumpan är på. Vi använder även högkvalitativ polyester istället för vanlig polyamid som förstärkning i Dress Socks. (Det andas också lite mer än polyester.) Banden är högkvalitativa elastiska band från Japan.
Materialmix strumpor: 80 % ekologisk bomull, 17 % polyamid, 3 % elastan. Materialmix band: 85 % polyester och 15 % polyuretan.
Alla våra strumpor är Oeko-Tex 100-certifierade.
Banding is done in a jiffy, and unbandning in half a jiffy!
Our socks can be washed in 40°, but we recommend using colder water (30°), which is gentler both to the environment and to the garment, and makes your socks last longer.(This would generally be true for all socks out there.)
As with almost all socks refrain from centrifuging or tumble drying your The Band socks. This may affect the elasticity and shape of the sock, and give rise to pilling.
All things that are good to keep in mind now that you will be able to use your socks longer as they will not lose its partner…

The Band Socks come in three sizes; 35-37, 38-42, and 43-46.
If you have 47 you should still be able to use the 43-46 socks, but it of course depends on how tight or loose you prefer your socks. We hope to have a 47+ size sock in the future.
