Returns
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? We are very, very sorry to hear that. Here are our return policies so you know what you can do, and how to do it.
You always have a 14 day period during which you can send back your purchase. The products need to be in original condition (including the packaging fully intact). We are afraid we cannot offer free returns (yet at least). We cannot refund any charges unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Our aim is to process any returns within 5 working days from when we have received them. We strongly suggest that you send any returns using a DDU traceable postal service for returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing during transit. We will send a confirmation email when we have received the returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that all products must be unworn and unopened in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for any postage and packaging costs of returning the goods to us. Once we receive the goods back from you and we are satisfied that they are in a good, unused condition we will refund you the cost of the goods in full by the method used to pay for the original transaction.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have bought within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Any items you wish to exchange must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can also contact us at returns@thebandsocks.com for any questions regarding returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
