Shipping costs
Sweden: Free shipping for orders of 30€ and higher. Under 30€ shipping costs 6€.
Rest of World: Free shipping for orders of 50€ and higher. For orders under 50€, the shipping cost is 10€.
Delivery times
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you and advise your tracking number. You can use the carrier’s Track & Trace service to monitor your order's delivery status.
Target delivery time in business days:
- Sweden 2-3 days
- Europe 4-5 days*
- North America 4-8 days*
- Other destinations 7-11 days (Russia 8-14 days)*
For destinations outside the EU customs procedures may be added, and we cannot guarantee these timeframes or costs for import taxes or similar that might be added.
Carrier
We use Swedish postal service PostNord’s traceable service “varubrev” and packages will be delivered to your mailbox if possible. If not, it will be delivered to your nearest PostNord or its local partners pick up point.
